I don't use 'Capping' ( IE: 'Sir' - 'Ma'am' - 'Me' etc ) - I find/see it as very self egotistical - I prefer to be myself and be polite and friendly. I feel capping totally unnecessary -

I'm very wary and guarded. I do need to feel secure and reassured, trust does not come easy to me, evenmoreso through the medium of the internet. I seek no sympathy, just acceptance, kindness, consideration and, gentleness in return.
I am also far more expressive, descriptive and vocal in person than I am in the form of written words, my spelling is sometimes atrocious in this fast paced venue.

I detest copy cats, arrogant, selfish, self centered, nosey, mouthy/OTT/bolshy, egotistical people -

I do have a very much more fragile, vulnerable/sensitive, less confident/insecure side to myself also.
I sadly suffer very severe bouts of chronic depression and can go into sudden life threatening crisis/panic mostly with warning trigger's, it is frightening for me when these occur. I'll try not to burden others', but if I am in need of urgent assistance, an sos text or blank mail is sometimes sent as it can be quicker for myself to do this, or I ring my local samaritan's. I usually try and cope alone and isolate myself, as most do not fully understand the high's and low's I contend with.
Whilst I have my Mother and Dog, I vow to fight as they are both extremely precious to me.
